Note the:

- Perfectly folded newspaper (very difficult to do)
- Overall chic look of a classic and slim two button suit that turns heads without being flashy, all for under $500!
If I were him I'd walk around the city aimlessly with a newspaper in hand too. I don't know if I would stand in the middle of the street like that hoping that someone will talk a picture, but hey it worked for him.
Either way, this man deserves a salute (no, not with that finger).
